Excellent pub food. Only gave four stars for the service because you use an app to order or have to go to the host stand, and I’d always just prefer waitstaff. But the service otherwise was excellent! The staff was very attentive. Great atmosphere, there was some nice live music playing when we were seated.

We stumbled upon this very cute tavern on a warm night. We were looking for a place that had a bar where they open the street windows and let all the fresh air in ... with great service and food. This place hit the mark. We got free street parking right in front. Sat at the bar and let the breeze flow through. The bar area is very nice. They played relaxing moody music and had soft lighting so you can just relax. The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful. I got the sliders (beef and pork) which were delicious. My husband got the clam chowder and chicken sandwich. Again both delicious. We split a small side of mac n cheese which was yummy. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was wonderful and we will be back!

Had a really nice dinner at Rising Eagle. The ordering system is all through a QR code which was a little strange, but it ended up working out. Just did some appetizers. Chicken tenders were awesome. The Mac and cheese was unreal! The sliders were pretty standard but still very good. Will be back!

Excellent place for high quality unique takes on American Classic Comfort food. I had a ground lamb burger with a goat cheese & yogurt dressing over arugula. To di-et for!! Everyone in my party was well feed and happy. Lively atmosphere with trivia game going on across the evening. Service was great even though there was not actual waitservice, the que code ordering system maybe daunting for some but our party of 4 put in the order and all the order arrived together and correct.

Nice place. FRIDAY NIGHT BUSY! Seems to be a happy place; sat at the bar. Food, drink & service were really good. Our choices, clam chowda, salmon & seafood dishes were nice. Parking, well...Melrose Center so not much different than other busy township centers. We'll be back for sure.

Finally made it the Rising Eagle only to ask ourselves, what took so long? Well, better late than never. Lucky to catch two open seats at the bar on a Saturday evening. Atmosphere is wonderful and the place is immaculate. Beer selection was outstanding. I went with the German Lager Rothaus and my wife went with Cambridge Brewing Brown Ale, both were delicious. Bavarian pretzel app was warm and delicious. I got what I feel was the best Rueben I have ever had and my wife went with the fish cakes. Both meals were wonderful. Jess at the bar took great care of us and we can't wait to go back. If you haven't been yet, don't wait like we did! Get to the Rising Eagle! A

What a unique, warm and cozy spot! If you're looking for a restaurant to sit and relax while catching up with a friend or to take your time, this is it! The host greeted us, handed us menus and said to seat ourselves and order online. The food menu was robust with lots of comfort foods/American classics plus a great craft beer selection and drink menu. We ordered online without table number and the food came out delivered by different servers as it was ready. This was such a Lovely change of pace! As you order as you wish online, we did not feel rushed and really felt like we were in a dining room in a family/friend's home, it was so nice!

Really nice American restaurant. Food was good and came out quickly. They handed out little trivia cards where you have the chance to win free food or gift cards.
